What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, contact us, or request a quote on our website.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses, along with the details of your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full credit card number.
When you contact us or request a quote, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Except when you are explicitly asked to provide personally identifying information, we do not obtain or retain it.
What do we use your information for?
We use your order information to process and ship your order, send you order and shipping updates, arrange delivery with our carriers, provide customer service and warranty support, and send you a request to review your purchase.
When you contact us through this website, we may ask for your name, email address, or telephone number. We use that information to reply to your request and to route it to the appropriate people within our organization so that we can better respond to you.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We only retain personally identifying information as long as necessary to provide the service(s) that you have requested.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider places on your device through your web browser (if you allow it). They let the site recognize your browser and remember certain information.
We and our service providers, including Shopify and Google, use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and checkout working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site, and measure the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of our site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. These include Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our payment providers, the shipping carriers who deliver your order, and Judge.me (our review provider, described below). We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights or the rights, property or safety of others. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Product and Store Reviews
We use Judge.me (Judge.me Ltd., London, United Kingdom) to collect, display and manage reviews. After you place an order, Judge.me sends you a review request by email on our behalf. To do this, we share your name, email address and order details with Judge.me, which processes this information for us as a sub-processor. If you leave a review, your name (in the format you choose), your review and any photos or videos you add may be published on our website and on other platforms where we share reviews. Judge.me's privacy policy is available at https://judge.me/privacy
